End of 9-Ball Season Meeting Minutes
September 17th, 2023
Old Business:
1 – Awards will be given out starting with 8-Ball Season. Players must play 80% of weeks during the season to qualify.
2 - BCAPL App – You are allowed to use the app, Lance is willing to give a training on how to use the app to Captains in Lincoln City. Sign-up with Becki before the event for training. Paper score sheets still have to be used for stats.
New Business:
1 - Thank you to the captains who turned in their scoresheets on time.
2 – Sanctioned 10-Ball – Starts October 30th through December 18th - $8 weekly dues.
3 – Friday night 10-Ball Qualifier at BS Billiards $10 one-time fee for supplies, Sign-up with Shelly Huntoon.
4 – Sign-ups have begun for 8-Ball and 10-Ball – Deadline to sign up for 10-Ball is October 22nd & December 31st for 8-Ball
5 – There will be a second set of stats going forward for awards.
6 - 8–Ball Season - January 8th through March 18th - $8 weekly dues – Payout Party March 24th
7 – Lincoln City 8-Ball Regionals – March 30th through April 7th
